Outlooks Ribbon interface is designed to help you quickly find the commands that you need to complete a task. A new conversation view is available when searching messages. This view improves tracking and managing related messages, regardless of the folder that contains the messages. You can see the complete exchange of the conversation, including your responses.


Students in this class will explore Outlooks application window, send and receive mail and explore the many calendar features. Learn to customize the Reading Layout panes to suit your needs. See how

Desktop Alerts work to notify you with a pop-up in the bottom corner of the screen when new messages are received. These can be helpful or turned-off if annoying. We can show you how!


This class will give you the foundational skills needed to become an Outlook user. Experienced Outlook students will be given plenty of new features and tips and tricks to make the class beneficial to all.


Students need only have experience with using Windows and handling the mouse.
